The annual reviews consist of two appointments. First to have a set of routine blood tests and blood pressure checks, the second will be to ensure your blood tests are stable and blood pressure is controlled. The patient will also be advised on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Patients are contacted and invited to attend a routine annual review appointment with our Healthcare Assistant for a set of routine checks, including a blood test, to ensure good diabetic care and control.
You will then be booked a minimum of one week later to discuss your results with our Lead diabetes nurse who will discuss with you your diabetes care plan.

Your form will be sent to your midwife and she will contact you to arrange a booking appointment between 8 to 10 weeks of pregnancy.

Our surgery offers a full range of contraception services during normal surgery hours. Our family planning nurse can be pre-booked for advice on contraception. The practice offers contraceptive implants and coil fittings. These will need to be discussed with our Family planning nurse prior to fitting.
