Please log into your NHS app to view your test results. If these are not visible, you need to switch on your enhanced access by completing and submitting a Subject Access Request (SAR) form available on our website. Make sure you tick the “Online Access” box on this form. A paper copy can also be picked up from the surgery. We also have a dedicated Results line open between 11.00 am and 5.00 pm – extension 3. - Prescriptions
You CANNOT request a prescription for a new medication without seeing a GP first. Please request an Urgent Appointment by using our Ask First platform (see notes above for appointment requests). For repeat prescription requests, please use your NHS app and click on the “Prescriptions” button. Alternatively, use our website to fill in our Repeat Prescription Request Form. We DO NOT take prescription requests over the phone. - All other queries
