Following on from the patient survey you participated in, we want to invite you to a meeting to share with you, both the results and actions being taken.
There are some significant changes underway. This is a great opportunity to understand what they are, why they are being introduced and how they will impact you. We are pleased to say Dr Clare Gabe and the Practice Manager, Meeta Jobanputra, will be joining us.
