Amersham Health Centre would like to welcome Dr Sara Convisser to the surgery. She has taken over from Dr Pathak and will be working Monday, Wednesday and on Thursday morning she will be looking after the residents at one of 4 care homes, Pratt House. Patients who were registered with Dr Pathak will be registered with Dr Convisser and will be notified by email when they have been transferred over.
Thank you to all our patients for your understanding during the Global IT Outage on Friday 19th July. It was a very challenging Friday and weekend for the surgery. We have an amazing team and did they best to try and deal with patients that had appointments and the walk-ins we had.
